No limit off!

just came bck from gym, thanks for the advice and such.
someone waken me up to be better person right now, i pressure myself to much, i pulled myself off. no use of doing silly stuff.plss hope there is nothing, why there is so many prob that i have to face after i took up tht thingy. haiss! :( making me dying..(thanks to accompany me go clinic yaw, i see when im free)
now i concentrate on wt i aim for and the goals that i want to achieve. frm tmrw onwards there will no be free time for me, im sry.. mon and tue im going workout,wed and thurs im have tuition(with someone), fri and sat im going jogging, sun im spending time with my family.. this year is a taff year for me, i have to buck up all the past tht i forget. no more sitting in front of the laptop for 15hr or 24hr. no more shopping. concentrate on studies right now.
